National Trail
Only the following trails are closed during the hunting season:
September 6 to October 7, 2022 | Moose Hunt.
November 5 to 13, 2022 | Deer hunting.
Complete closure of Mistikush and Chériore trails (Réserve faunique Mastigouche)
September 24 to October 17, 2022 | Moose hunting.
Complete closure of the Boule trail and the Boule and Lavigne huts.
October 7 to October 31, 2022 | Moose and small game hunting.
Complete closure of the Perces Brumes and L’Ours trails
Complete closure of the Bazinet refuge from October 7 to December 16, 2022
November 5 to November 14, 2022 | Deer hunting.
Complete closure of the Boule Trail and the Boule and Lavigne huts.
The other sections of the National Trail in Matawinie remain open but the wearing of bright colors is recommended for hikers.

Sentier de l’OURS
• Sentier fermé au KM 5,8 ( près du chemin du 5e rang) : la passerelle est détruite suite aux récentes inondations.
• Sentier fermé (km 5,8 au km 9). Une perte de droit de passage en terre privée nous oblige à fermer ce sentier. La section au nord du chemin du 5e rang (vers le Domaine Bazinet) demeure toujours ouverte.
Sentier des Nymphes
Trail temporarily closed km 8 to km 15.
Sentier de la rivière Dufresne
Trail temporarily closed for the section north of route 347 in Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci.
